And as I was listening, I’ve realized how similar your symptoms are to mine with depression and stimulants, and loss of appetite. Then you said you have cyclothymia and that made sense. Me too. And unfortunately in my country it’s not considered a mental disorder. But it is in the USA and I totally feel that it really feels 100% like mental disorder

i find it easy to focus its just im usually interrupted while in the middle of what im doing because i live with my folks, is it possible for my momentum to not be completely shattered whenever this happens? its really frustrating

Well done you. Isn't it always revealing, and even something of a relief, to be reminded that no matter one's gifts and attributes (for example, special skills, brains or beauty) these less visible mental health conditions can devastate anyone's life. I only recently discovered that I am cyclothymic and learning this reality has helped me understand (and partially forgive) some of my past behaviours. Thank you.
